Go Kidney Beans

This month in Science is we studied the plant cycle- from seed to adult. First, we diagramed the parts of a seed and then planted beans to watch them grow. This was part of an experiment in which we followed the scientific method in order to figure out which bean sprout grows the fastest (this year the kidney beans won!). The class had to form hypothesis’, observe and collect data daily, then form a conclusion about whether or not they were able to confirm their hypothesis or not.
