Evangel’s freshmen are spending some time in Dickens’ London, traveling with Scrooge, of A Christmas Carol, as various Spirits escort him through his past, present, and future. Students will analyze Dickens’ characterization of Scrooge and his ability to convey the theme of redemption. Students will also be creating their very own Dickens dictionaries!
