Seventh and eighth grade students spent many weeks drafting their own, ten, original poems and adding colorful illustrations or photographs.  Final drafts were created in a publishing kit provided by Nationwide Learning, Inc.  Hard work paid off as they finally received their “Student Treasures” hardbound, laminated poetry books.  Sixth graders also received a book; however, their project was to write and illustrate an autobiographical narrative.  Mrs. Foster’s students did a great job.  What wonderful keepsakes!
