Christmas Program

Students have been working hard all month long in preparation for their upcoming Christmas program on December 17. The sixth grade will be sharing Go Tell It on the Mountain. While this is a traditional song sung at this time of year, they were able to learn a new arrangement and have been doing a great job. The seventh grade has had quite the challenge as they will be singing a Hebrew song, Hine Ma Tov. As much as they complain about learning a different language, I hear them in the hallways singing the song, it brings me much laughter. Finally, the eighth grade will be singing African Celebration. This is also sung in a different language but they have had no problem learning this song. I’m looking forward to a great Christmas program which illustrates how we are to go into all the world and preach the good news of Jesus Christ.
