Fun In English

This week, students learned about some of the different types of paragraphs: narrative, expository, descriptive, and persuasive. After I shared my own childhood memory narrative, students wrote and shared their own. We also played a game as an introduction to description: one student was blindfolded and an object was revealed to the rest of the class. Using adjectives only, the class had to try to help their blindfolded classmate guess the object.
