Our Spruce Lake retreat was one of our highlights of our year. We headed out on Thursday morning and came back Friday evening. 5E conquered their fears as they got to ride a power swing that takes you about 27 feet high and drops you like a sack of potatoes. We also learned about the pond animals and insects and how God provides for each one in their environment. The best learning experience was when we went rock climbing and learned to push beyond our limits. Can you believe I, Mrs. Emestica climbed the wall in 2 minuites and 44 seconds, but not without the help of my parents and students encouraging and helping me every step of the way. Thank-you 5E for making Spruce Lake a memorable experience.
