In math we have been working on topics from Algebra and Geometry. Students completed a project with graphs, bar graphs, and line graphs. They had to take a survey and transfer the data onto their graph.

The Forensics class went to John Jay University on Saturday, October 18 for a “hands on workshop”. WHat a great time we had. We performed experiment and we taught by their college profeore.

 The students have also been creating scenarios for other groups to solve the mystery using forensic terminology.

Students just completed their PSAT’s last week. Good job! We have been working on small business loans this week. We have been working together in class to use formulas to figure out the annual interest, principal and the term of the loan. They will be having a quiz on small business loans this week. Keep plugging away 11th grade.
